Objectives
To assist the identified students in engaging in practical training, aiming to cultivate skills needed for the labor market and to enhance the recognition of the vital role practical training plays in transitioning from the educational system to career establishment
Target group
At least 190 students from non-university secondary and tertiary education in Prahova county
Results
- Conducted a detailed study pinpointing the labor market’s needs, leading to the development of a coordinated information system.
- Successfully organized 19 internships that resonated with labor market requirements, placing particular emphasis on fields of intelligent specialization as indicated by SNCDI.
- All 190 students availed both individualized and group counseling, supplemented with career guidance sessions.
- Forged strong alliances with prospective employers during the project’s tenure.
- Rolled out an online platform designed to nurture bidirectional communication between the academic framework and practice partners – https://stagiielevi.ro/
