Objectives
To support the identified students in undergoing practical training, with the goals of honing skills for entry into the labor market and heightening the understanding of the pivotal role of practical training in bridging the educational system and a future career
Target group
At least 190 students from non-university secondary and tertiary education in Bihor county
Results
- Organized 19 internships in domains aligning with labor market needs, specifically emphasizing fields of intelligent specialization as outlined by SNCDI.
- All 190 students partook in both individual and group counseling, further supplemented by career guidance sessions.
- Within the project’s scope, collaborations were forged with potential employers, fostering a strong network.
